A construction firm built on doing the ordinary things properly

Satyam Construction Co. began in 2013 as a civil contracting firm working out of Nizampur, Panipat. The early work was what most construction firms start with — foundations, structures, small civil packages — and it taught the lesson the business still runs on: projects are not lost on design, they are lost on execution.

Over the years the firm broadened into government infrastructure, road works, residential and commercial construction, site and external development, and landscaping. Along the way two things became obvious. First, concrete quality decides the life of a structure, and site-mixed concrete cannot be controlled reliably. Second, material availability decides schedule far more often than labour does.

That is why the Satyam group today has two separate companies alongside contracting — Satyam RMC for design-mix ready mix concrete, and Global Tiles for interlocking paver blocks, kerb stones and precast tiles. Each runs as its own business with its own contact, supplying our sites first and external contractors, developers and government works alongside.

The firm remains a proprietorship led personally by Mr. Joginder Chahal. Decisions are made quickly, the person responsible is easy to find, and the client deals with the firm rather than a layer of intermediaries.
