Service
Site Development & External Development Works
The works that turn raw land into a usable, serviced, buildable site.
External development work decides whether a completed project is usable. Our site development scope covers land levelling and grading, internal road networks, stormwater and sewer lines, water supply distribution, underground tanks and sumps, boundary walls, gates, external lighting infrastructure and hardscaping.
On plotted developments, industrial plots and institutional campuses, we plan levels across the whole site first. Grading is set so that water moves where it is supposed to move, services are laid before surfacing rather than cut into it afterwards, and road levels tie correctly into plot and building levels.
This is coordination-heavy work involving multiple utilities in the same corridor, and it rewards sequencing done properly the first time.
What this includes
- Land levelling, grading and cut-and-fill
- Internal road networks and paving
- Stormwater drainage and sewer networks
- Water supply lines, sumps and underground tanks
- Boundary walls, gates and perimeter works
- External electrical and lighting civil infrastructure
