We are hiring a Business Development Executive to find new clients among builders, contractors, architects and developers, and grow repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify potential clients.
- Develop relationships with builders, contractors, consultants, architects and developers.
- Promote company products and services and convert leads into business.
- Handle B2B sales, business development and client follow-ups.
- Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and sales-related information.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate client, lead and sales records.
- Use the company’s Zoho platform for lead management, follow-ups, sales tracking and updates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in field sales and marketing activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Experience in a sales / BDE profile preferred.
- Own vehicle will be an advantage.
