We are hiring Site Engineers to supervise and execute daily civil construction work at our project sites.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and execute daily civil construction activities at the project site.
  • Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
  • Check RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, flooring and other civil works.
  • Monitor quality, progress and timely completion of assigned work.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Foremen, contractors and consultants.
  • Check material requirements and ensure proper utilisation of manpower and materials.
  • Read and interpret civil drawings and coordinate site execution accordingly.
  • Take site measurements and maintain daily progress records.
  • Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
  • Ensure proper safety practices and site discipline.
  • Prepare daily site reports and update project progress.

Requirements

  • B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 2–7 years of experience in civil construction / site execution.
  • Good knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry and finishing works.
  • Ability to read and understand civil drawings and specifications.
  • Good knowledge of site measurements, quantity calculations and construction materials.
  • Good communication, coordination and site management skills.
  • Experience in government and private construction projects preferred.

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
