We are hiring a Project Billing Engineer to prepare and verify RA and final bills against BOQ, work orders and site measurements.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and verify project bills as per BOQ, work orders and actual site measurements.
  • Prepare RA bills, final bills, measurement sheets and supporting documents.
  • Check quantities and measurements of civil works executed at site.
  • Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, clients and consultants for billing and measurements.
  • Maintain records of work executed, quantities, rates and bill submissions.
  • Verify contractor / subcontractor bills and supporting documents.
  • Prepare quantity statements and track bill status and payments.
  • Ensure billing is prepared as per contract terms, specifications and approved rates.
  • Identify billing discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.
  • Maintain proper billing records and project documentation.

Requirements

  • B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 3–8 years of experience in project billing for civil construction.
  • Good knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, measurements and quantity calculations.
  • Practical knowledge of RA bills, final bills and measurement books.
  • Ability to read and understand civil drawings and specifications.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and billing documentation.
  • Experience with government and private civil projects preferred.

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
