We are hiring a Planning Engineer to prepare project schedules, track progress against them and keep management informed.
Responsibilities
- Prepare project schedules, work plans and construction programmes.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules and targets.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, contractors and other teams.
- Track manpower, materials, equipment and project resources.
- Identify delays, monitor critical activities and help take corrective action.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor project milestones, deadlines and work completion.
- Maintain proper project planning and progress records.
- Use the company’s Zoho platform for project planning, task management, progress tracking and updates.
- Ensure project activities and assigned tasks are kept up to date on the Zoho platform.
- Coordinate with management on project progress, delays and planning requirements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Requirements
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in construction / project planning.
- Strong PC operations and MS Excel skills (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of project planning and documentation.
- Working knowledge of the Zoho platform — training is provided if needed.
- Good communication and coordination.
- Loyal and punctual.
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
