We are hiring a Foreman to run daily civil work at site — allocating tasks to the crew and keeping quality, materials and safety on track.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage and allocate tasks to masons, carpenters, bar benders, helpers and subcontractors.
- Monitor labour productivity and maintain workforce discipline.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers for smooth project execution.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during RCC, masonry, finishing and civil works.
- Check line, level, alignment, dimensions and finishing quality of work.
- Monitor material consumption and prevent wastage.
- Coordinate material requirements with the store and purchase team.
- Ensure proper use of tools, machinery and equipment.
- Implement and enforce site safety rules and PPE compliance.
- Maintain daily progress reports and labour attendance records.
- Report site issues, delays and resource requirements to management.
