We are hiring a Project Head to plan, manage and deliver our civil construction projects from start to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and execute civil construction projects from start to completion.
  • Supervise overall project progress, quality, safety and timelines.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Contractors, Consultants and Clients.
  • Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and project resources.
  • Review drawings, BOQ, work schedules and project requirements.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within the approved budget.
  • Resolve site issues and ensure smooth execution of work.
  • Prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly project progress reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation and coordination between site and management.

Requirements

  • B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in civil construction / project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, BOQ and site execution.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
  • Good decision-making and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience handling multiple teams or projects is an added advantage.
  • Punctual, disciplined, loyal and responsible.

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
