We are hiring a Quality Head to lead quality control across our ongoing civil construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage quality control activities for civil construction projects.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor the quality of concrete, cement, sand, aggregate, reinforcement and other construction materials.
- Supervise material inspection, concrete testing, cube testing and other required quality tests.
- Ensure proper implementation of approved mix designs and quality procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality issues or deviations.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, consultants and testing laboratories.
- Review quality reports, test results, inspection records and other documentation.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented for quality issues.
- Maintain overall quality standards across ongoing civil projects.
Requirements
- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–15 years of relevant experience in quality control / quality assurance in civil construction.
- Strong knowledge of concrete quality, material testing and construction standards.
- Good understanding of drawings, specifications and quality procedures.
- Strong site inspection, reporting and team management skills.
- Experience handling quality for government and private civil projects preferred.
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
