We are hiring Site Supervisors to oversee day-to-day civil construction work, labour and materials at our project sites.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
  • Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and instructions.
  • Monitor labour, manpower, material and equipment utilisation.
  • Coordinate with Site Engineers, Foremen, contractors and workers.
  • Supervise RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, flooring and other civil works.
  • Monitor work quality, safety and project progress.
  • Check daily work progress and report updates to the Site Engineer / Project Manager.
  • Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
  • Maintain proper site discipline, housekeeping and work records.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in civil construction.
  • Good understanding of site work, labour and material management.
  • Knowledge of drawings and basic construction work.
  • Knowledge of quality and safety standards.
  • Ability to coordinate with Site Engineers and sub-contractors.
  • Basic knowledge of daily progress reports and work planning.
  • Qualification: Diploma / ITI / civil construction experience.
